Ketterer Consultants offers consultation, training, and workshops tailored for your school’s and students’ needs. We help schools help students by focusing on the student-teacher relationship.

Consultation

We meet with administrators, teachers, and parents to develop a plan to reduce anger and violence in your school or home.  Our consultation services use evidence-based, neuroscience-informed, interventions.  We strive not only to assist you, but to empower adults to think  systematically and to further invest in student success. 

Sometimes, despite parents, teachers, therapists, and a student’s best effort, a student’s emotional needs can’t be met in a typical classroom.  As part of our consultation services, we assist schools in developing their own alternative programs.

Training

We use a train-the-trainer model. Our approach empowers professionals and parents to rethink their relationships with children. Our trainings have two specific components. First, we teach participants specific, demonstrable skills. Second, we work with participants to apply these skills in their classrooms and homes. We understand that just as every child is different, so is every adult.
